That same bar was raided almost year ago and they arrested like 125 people then too

PS - they only took 3-4 to jail, the rest got citations and let go

How does this work? I'm legitimately curious...if you show your ID to get into a bar then what's the reasoning for the cops to be able to ask for everyone's ID if you're not committing any other questionable act? Unless they sent Undercovers in first or people with fake IDs. I'm probably missing something obvious here

Cops don't need any sort of reason to ask for ID.
Most people don't know they can decline the request.

These "under age" laws are complete BS. You are either an adult at 18 or you aren't. You can vote, own a restaurant, join the military, pretty much anything at 18. But you can't smoke, buy a powerball ticket, go to a Casino, or grab a drink. Splitting the age limit is ludicrous and cannot be logically justified.
Either make it 18, or go back to 21.
