oh there is no doubt that something will be paid out. Especially if hotel buys terrorism coverage, which I assume they do considering they are owned by MGM. There is absolutely no way they are absolved from all liability. Which is sad because there really isn't a way around preventing this unless you search your guests.

they have infiltrated our country with people that don't look like them. if it's true that he converted to islam a few months back and he did this w/ the direction of ISIS then this is the scenario that the entire intelligence community feared. there is no longer a set stereotype of what to look out for.

To me, it doesn't matter what his motives are, he's insane and he's a terrorist. I think shooting on a crowd of thousands of people with 15 rifles qualifies him for both labels.
