Eh -- not sure you can find the hotel to be liable here unless there was something glaring they should have known about (e.g. gun falling out of his suitcase). Not to mention checking luggage will cost major hotels business and there will be plenty of lawsuits over it

And stayed out until just before it happened.
For every major carrier in the country?

Relax, Alex Jones. There will be dumber conspiracies you can latch onto as the day goes on.

Large hotels in cities could easily be required to check luggage. If you can't obtain insurance, you have to adapt. Guarantee you most carriers with a large portfolio of hotels are freaking out and will respond to this harshly, with requirements galore.
I'm sure it been mentioned, but the scariest part about this is that casino resorts are very well monitored.
Obviously this guy made a few trips hauling his equipment.
Would there be someone that looks into every bag that's walked in?
What if I'm not staying at the hotel and just came to gamble?
What if this happens at a hotel without the same amount of security cameras a casino resorts has?

I’m just getting ahead of this one. You know some redditor/4channer writing up a post about it right now

Apparently the dude had a corner suite, so he could just go back and forth or something.
So the 2 busted out windows are possibly each corner of the suite, I guess?

Wut? He could have brought it in one load on a luggage cart and no one would have batted an eye. Hell, a concierge may have even helped him.

AP just tweeted this:

Could you imagine being that guy this morning? There is obviously no fault to him, as he was just doing his job, but man that's got to be tough.

No doubt. I remember checking in at a hotel for work recently that I drove to in another city. I was booked there for a week (and possibly longer) so I brought a ton of shite. Easily a luggage cart worth of crap. No one even thinks twice.

you don't have to be liable to pay out. Defense alone would run in the hundreds of thousands.

If anyone’s every stayed at a major hotel, they know large luggage is never questioned. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they offered to keep some of his luggage in a side room while he went back to his car.

Supposedly his wife or girlfriend was/is out of the country.

Correct. Nothing could've stopped this guy, including stricter gun laws. In a country as diverse as this one with 400 million people, events like this are bound to happen.

It's why no one takes them seriously. I'm surprised goldennugget wasn't on page one calling this a false flag
