Some people tore down a fence to hide in a building. The fences were protecting fuel storage tanks. Easily could have been the ones he was firing at.

Good idea. But wouldn't it be pointless? The cops would know his identity because he booked the room in his name. He's smart enough to know he would eventually be caught. Unless he was escaping to cause more damage before he killed himself

Seems like the whole cutting through the floor thing would have brought a lot of attention to those rooms.
Not sure that would have worked very well.

With the cold calculation and execution of all of this, it seems like he wouldn’t be the type to yell and scream, but who knows.
