Seems like the whole cutting through the floor thing would have brought a lot of attention to those rooms.

Not sure that would have worked very well.

Plus that damn cement always fricks things up!

And the sheriff still has no motive, which he said they'd definitely find. Everyone has a motive when doing something like this.

I still find it interesting that the sheriff didn't remember the note at all, then did, but didn't read it, then said it definitely was not a suicide note

Honestly looked like it could be a room service receipt or maybe a concert schedule?

So who went into his room? Obviously someone did, or they'd say no one did. My parents stayed there, and said the hallways are obnoxiously long. No doubt they'd have multiple camera setups in each one (plus the elevators in the center)

I'm sure the Feds are keeping a leash on the sheriff. It would explain why he seems so nervous while discussing certain subjects.

I think room service or hotel maids had to at least have been in there once during his stay.

I don’t order a lot of room service, but I can’t picture them not rolling the cart in the room for you.

Rooms typically have pens and paper, but he was evasive as frick. He basically denied it at all, then half admitted it, then confirmed what it wasn't.

The note was right next to where he was shooting too

Unless the receipts are the size of normal piece of paper and pink, that wasn't it

Those are the same tanks where people tore down the fence to hide in a building. You can see it at the bottom of the picture. He may have still been firing at the people, and happened to hit the tanks, or fired at the tanks hoping to kill everyone who was running in there.

I wonder how many people were hurt by the razor wire that is on top of that fence. People running in a crowd in the dark aren't likely to easily see that.

That receipt was from the 27th. He might not have brought the weapons in yet at that point.

But that does mean that someone else could've been in the room with him in the days leading up to the shooting.

That reciept was the 27th correct? before he had the room (28th). Has this been explained yet? Error in the room service computer system?

These players stay in Vegas for a month. They get comps at different hotels. When one comp runs out they move to another hotel. They also bring a large amount of luggage. His brother says he was a big fish and would tip a valet a $100.00 to bring all his luggage up to the room. That's how the guns got up there...

Today I saw a report from a live broadcast say that he baracaded the stairs. The news guy said the security guard went up the stairs first but couldn't get thru and had to go back and take the elevator up. Sorry no link I just heard it earlier today live when I got home from work.
