It's not his place to give out the details imo.
He probably won't say much, but I certainly do believe when the time comes he wants to be the one to announce what the cause was, and how he has already addressed it with the investigation.

Me personally? Yes. I believe he videoed the scene to get himself some attention on social media. Again, to each his own. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and some of the victims families might enjoy seeing the video. I just wouldn't be one of them. I'd be pissed.

i feel like your reaction here to his video is to gain attention on a social message board, That's just me though.

Not to mention the fact that she has only lived there for 2 and a half months.
He had several jobs in his life, have not seen any former co-workers come forward to say they knew him which seems odd.

I agree that part of him wanted to help. However, he only uses one hand when trying to assist people and the video is wobbly, meaning he was holding the camera and purposely filming it.
He wasn't trying to assist in the medical help. He was trying to assess to see who was still alive and who needed help most. He made it clear that he could not treat. Kudos to him in my opinion.
This was an emergency situation. He could very well have been thinking that if he had video, he could look at it and show some EMTs where he'd been and where to go. It was obvious he didn't have very good aim as he was filming, but he may have thought that there could be a good reason later to have filmed. At this point, the shooting had stopped, but I don't know how much he or anyone else knew about what had happened and whether there was a risk of more shooting.
When he was asking whoever to turn the lights back on, that person said all the people here are dead. Now, that's a very scary comment since it wasn't true and the guy filming was running around assessing people to try to get help for anyone still breathing. I hope what he did at least saved a life or stopped a bleed out.
I would have been thankful if I had a relative or child there knowing someone was going around begging for medical help for those with a chance of survival. I don't give a darn whether it was filmed or not.

This is a Cirus SR20, the type plane he owned in 2007-08, today it is a $400,000 plane, then it was still $300K+, but they can be financed, so all he needed was enough income to make the payments.

I see both sides. But be honest Chad, how would you feel if you were the wife/child/parents, and saw the video of your child shot in the head, hearing him gurgling and gasping for air as he dies?
Man, I'd want to believe in my brain, if one of my loved ones died, that it was instant. If I knew one of my sons was suffering in his last moments, I don't know that I would ever, ever get over that thought.

Could've done it all without uploading the video.

It is just a fast way to move someone from point A to B in LAX especially if they are tired from a international flight, nothing more.
You can also physically restrain them to it.

It is possible he did the video without really thinking about it, the smart phone as become almost an permanent appendage for a lot of people, they video and take pictures of things almost unconsciously like something akin to a involuntary reflex.

whether i appreciate the video or not, i wouldn't have the anger for the videographer like Tyga did considering the circumstances of that event.

I do not see any rational reason for anger bc of that guy videoing, going around doing his best to assist victims there
I dont really see where he was helping do anything, asked where they were hit and then left and did the same thing, i did not see any yell out for an EMT..There is a difference in helping and videoing a bunch of dead bodies and getting it leaked to the internet for anybody to see including families of the people injured or dead

Did you have the volume on? Go to 1:50 and you'll hear him say he's trying to find nurses and then he starts yelling for EMTs.

Casualties could have been a whole lot worse had Paddock been able to book rooms at The Ogden during the Life is Beautiful music festival 2 weeks ago (9/22 - 9/24). He couldn't get the rooms he wanted and was turned away. 45,000 college aged kids with a diversity of demographics and backgrounds. Dude only cared about taking out lots of innocent people.

The anger might have not have been directed at him taking the video. But more at the posting it online for all the victim families to see. Why not just provide the video to law enforcement, or investigators? For the sole reason of ensuring that no one sees one of their loved ones unexpectedly causing lifelong pain?
I think the guy was trying to do the right thing. He seemed genuinely to be helping. He lost me when he went home and uploaded it for the world to see. I don't think he thought that all the way through.

He did call out for help, I'll give him that.
@Chad If I ever find you or some other innocent person lying on the ground clinging to life, I'll put my phone down and try to help you. I won't upload a video of you or anyone else dying to social media, out of respect to your children, parents, and loved ones.
