The media is going to go HAM with these bump stocks.
They look like damn fools when arguing against fully automatic weapons, seemingly not even knowing that they've been illegal for YEARS...freakin' idiots.
But this is their chance to hammer tf out of the fact that through a very thin layer of semantics, its pretty damn legal to own an automatic weapon.

The names of some of these experts on Fox are crazy. Capt. Steve Rogers and Ted Williams. Cap America and a baseball legend.

None of them realize you can make a bump stock out of wood.

Wasn't the hammer in a different location in another picture?
I could be wrong. Or they could have moved it I guess.
No, I think it's just the angle. This is a wide shot, and the first pictures that started showing up of the weapons were closeups of the two guns in that picture.

Once all of the weapon details are fully released, gat triggers and bump stocks will have a ban bill before Congress with the quickness. I don’t think it will pass, but who knows.

pretty sure a bill for banning bump stocks are already being floated by the dems

Pair that with the thought process that "it's the last song of the festival, those must be fireworks" that everyone reported thinking/hearing and you don't react for quite some time.

God that's just sickening.
Imagine going to war in Afghanistan and surviving getting shot at there, only to be shot and killed at a concert here at home by some deranged lunatic.

He died of wounds suffered in the concert shooting.

i've seen multiple outlets refer to homemade bumpstocks. The rhetoric seems to be that just because you can make something at home, it doesn't mean it should be sold legally. As a gun owner, i'm fine with that honestly.

Meh, we cant just always rely on the slippery slope argument. Bump stocks and gat trigger rigs aren't even actual weapons, so I have no issue with outlawing their addition to a legal weapon.
Posted on 10/3/17 at 3:21 pm to Chad504boy
I don't think it's all that slippery, but jmo. I also hve no use for a bumpstock so I just don't care. NRA is never gonna let someone take my rifles, nor will I.
