You don't know HOW it happened. You know WHAT happened. How do you not understand this?

I don't think it had anything to do with country music fans. They were just the vehicle. It could have been any event at that time in that spot and he was going to do what he did.

I'm surprised there's not a shatter alarm on all the windows. You'd think the hotel would have them rigged up maybe?

It was. They were at the room in twenty minutes, but if you listen to the scanner it was at the hour mark or so that swat was ready. To be fair patrol officers are outgunned, especially thinking there were three.
If it were a movie a sharpshooter in a helicopter would have ended it, but in real life it was hectic.
A lieutenant kept saying " don't report casualties we need to contain it" yet the police kept reporting. You can tell command took a long time to realize the scope.

What part of the how do you have questions about?
Idk, maybe the part about getting enough guns and ammo to his location to pull it off. Did he work alone? What resources did he use? How far in advanced was it planned? Etc etc
But I know, you're so dense you think "irrational man shoot to kill, nothing to figure out"

They’ve known this guy’s identity for over 12 hours but it still seems like almost nothing is known about him.
I would suspect that a lot is know about him that has not been made public.
I know that people want instant answers with today's media/social media but It is going to take a little bit of time for the information to filter out to the general public.

You got to think that he thought it fit the demographic he was targeting. but that's just me.

He was also there for a couple of days and could have brought them in a little at a time.

Getting them into the room is the easy part

It's a convention hotel. People show up all the time there for stays with their own personal items, then multiple hard cases of tradeshow stations, materials, etc. Give the bellhop $10 and they'll be in your room in 15 minutes.

You go load up 20 assault rifles and the ammunition to boot in a bag/suitcase and tore it around by your lonesome, since you have it all figured out.

No, not really. We have very limited info.

You, or we for that matter, don't know shite other than what happened.
