There are already laws on the books for this. It is the medical, court and law enforcement agencies (including FBI and that deplorable agency named ATF) who've failed at following up on their end of the deal. That is an objective fact.

What I am proposing is simple and cuts the opportunity for red tape bureaucratic failure down to zero: Upon a doctor's order to undertake gender therapy, whether that be hormones, carving your vag out and inserting a rent-a-penis, etc., you voluntarily give up 2nd amendment rights for life. It's reported in, by law, to the appropriate agency, and that's the end of it.

It's a fair trade, because at this point, it's not worth the risk. The trans death cult won't STFU about arming up to protect themselves, then they go out and use those arms to slaughter people.

Here's the dirty little secret: This kid and the mass murderers from back before one end of the political spectrum started pushing the trans cult onto children and teens (e.g., Columbine, Pearl, etc.) are all of the same incel/femcel persuasion, they just started putting on dresses, and now we've doubled up on the risk by affirming their delusions with a smorgasbord of SSRIs, hormone treatments, and turning their genitals into biohazard refuse.

I'd venture to say that upon being issued an SSRI because you're "feeling blue" that you should carry some responsibility and have to take regular evals to determine if you're stable enough to own a firearm, but per usual, the medical establishment would fail to follow up, then the politicians and bureaucrats would take a mile after being given an inch. I'm the first to warn people about hollering for more laws, so I digress.

Get these freaks off our streets, and while we're making society safer, they can get the borderline mentally retarded gang members too, and watch as our gun violence stats rival Nordic countries.

So you know for a certainty that this mentally ill person was never bullied, shamed, or otherwise vilified because they were mentally ill? For about 5 or so years it has been pretty well publicized that a large segment of the population would like to see the ostracization and vilification of the mentally ill codified....I will bet you a coke you can find multiple and numerous examples of such people on this board posting to this thread. These people do not need accommodation, which some would approve of, they do not need affirmation, they have affirmed themselves and they are certainly not celebrated by any meaningful portion of our society, and for good reason. What they need is treatment, what they need is for us, as a society, to quit fussing over where they take a shite and help those who can be helped to learn to cope with their illness in the same way we would do a person with a physical disease....because it is, at the end of the day, a physical disease just like cancer or a common cold. The mind is an organ just like the lungs, when someone has lung disease we do not shame them or blame them for having lung disease even when lifestyle choices contributed to their disease....we show some empathy and compassion. No one has ever suggested rounding up lung cancer patients and putting them in an facility where the staff is encouraged to physically, emotionally and sexually abuse them....but there are a lot of people in this country who would say that is too good for the mentally ill.....

If I were one of the parents of those kids, I'd be in prison for beating the frick out of the perps parents
