She just went through a lot physically and mentally. The best thing you can do is be helpful. The most common thing my girlfriends with kids say is that their husband waits to be told what to do instead of just doing it or offering to do something. do the laundry, cook dinner, get her a spa day. Be supportive and helpful and kind.

So many things here.....
Take shifts at night with the baby. If your son is fussy, be up with her...soothe your son together, regardless of hour.
Her whole new world is this child she carried for months.
Everything revolves around nutrition and safety for her child. You should be the shield and companion she needs for him.
And, as earlier suggested, rub her feet, her back, anything....but with no sexual expectations.
In the end, she will brag about the amazing and attentive father you are to her family and friends.
And do not forget that her hormones are orbited in outer space and you, nor she has any control until those come back to Earth.
In the end, she will cherish you for being a protective father and a doting partner for years to come.
