Common after having a kid. Not just because of hormonal changes but because of life in general. If you are unable to communicate your feelings (she may not be able to either) in a way that produces change then it may be time to see a therapist. Couples therapy can be very helpful when trying to get down to the nitty gritty of an issue. Could be something as simple as needing some sort of a hormone replacement or there could be more to the issue.
Also, these issues don’t go away with time. Figuring out how to handle them now it’s your best option.

If it's not good now it's probably not going to get better. My wife and I have been together for 16 years and have a way better sex life than what you described.

If you wanna spice it up, you have to seduce her. Play like you are still dating and it’s still new and fun. Make it a date night, cook together, open some good wine, put some music on. Set the mood and then make the whole experience foreplay, like a tango of back and forth, giving in and then stepping back. Create tension. Make her want it.

It will only get worse with time. Your reward is giving up your freedom and most of your hard earned money. Marriage is a great deal for men. I highly recommend it.

If you’re not both on the same page sexually, and you’re not even married then yikes! Try some therapy at least before if you don’t address is there’s no point in getting married, because it won’t last.
Life is too short to be with someone you’re not sex compatible with.

Seriously if this is a problem now I do not recommend getting married. If you think it’s going to get better you are out if your mind. Might as well bite that bullet now.
