People also ran out to buy the foundation series cyber truck for over 100k, when there is going to be a later version in the 60k range.

I mean let’s be real, the 60k version is probably not coming for another year or 3 and it will be starting at 80k

This is for an LT3…lower trim is in 60s.

2025 C8 starts right at $70k with no options. Pretty sure you can get them without markups though.

This is your first mistake. You're telling the salesmen you're willing to waste money.

Haha - nope. Really never heard of that type of fee and I have a C8 which I paid MSRP for. Not a brag, just saying this fee is new to me.

I'm not buying any vehicles right now, not unless I have one that goes South.

I remember when the dealer wanted me to pay an "Advertising Fee".
Get outta here with that nonsense.
Do you want to sell the car or have it on your lot for another two months?

We found the issue. It isn't a GT3RS but it is an in-demand vehicle.

All of the local Ford dealers were doing markups when the 2nd gen Raptors came out in 2017. Ford gave dealers a limited allotment initially because of the demand.

It was up to the dealer how to use their allotment, but if a dealer only got an initial allotment of 6 or 7 vehicles, they were either being offered to longtime, frequent repeat customers or to the dumbasses who were willing to pay $10-15k extra on top of MSRP. If you weren't in either of those categories, then you had to 6-12 months for dealers to have inventory on hand that wasn't already sold before it reached the lot if you wanted to get one at MSRP

Save your money and buy the new ram charger that’s coming out next year. Gonna be the best and most sophisticated truck ever made. The tungsten interior is the best looking interior ever made.

Market adjustment is just added profit......shite dealers do that to gouge the consumer. Dont buy from a dealership that does this.
