Let's not get carried away here. I'm grooming my young buck to like the ladies the way God intended.

Looks like she's trying to pass of a fart on someone else when she knows darn well she did it.

Even if you park the completely moral bankruptcy aside for a second, who thinks that shite is entertaining? Why would I want to watch people lip sync and dance in weird arse clothes? I feel like you have to be pretty stupid to be entertained by that. Same thing as carpool karaoke/the masked singer/celebrity lip sync battles. I just don’t see the appeal.

So she’s dumb enough to believe that Tennessee has a law requiring the arrest of people who introduce their children to drag queens? She’s outraged about a law that doesn’t exist.

Like a 2yo even knows what a drag queen is without mom indoctrinating/influencing them. Mom could hype up a plum and the kid would gleefully follow along.

If they were actual women in these shows, no one would go and they would not be accepted. They would just be considered slutty strippers.

i have a gay coworker who (used to) makes posts about going to drag shows. They're not just fun, dude dressing as a girl, fairly raunchy shows. My boss noticed that he is friends with some industry peers and customers. He said, how would you feel if i made posts about people performing at strip clubs, or burlesque shows.

gay guy says "not the same." then my boss showed the picture of a dude with bare prosthetic breasts from his post (this was the one in San Antonio that got news around christmas time.) gay guy goes... oh well, they're not all like that.

my boss said, "sure they aren't, but what you're posting about IS LIKE THAT."

Bridesmaids” actress Melissa McCarthy also sparked controversy on Instagram after she defended drag queens in a post that argued Americans have “been entertained by drag queens” for their entire lives.

I can say with 10000% certainty that I have NEVER been entertained by queers dressing up as women. It’s fricking gross.

I'll never understand it from both sides. I wouldn't bring my kids to drag story time. I read to my kids. But on the list of things in the country I'm most worried about Drag Queens are pretty low on that list.
It's just the current hot button issue to distract us from the fact that the people we elected aren't doing shite that will really help us out.

i'm mostly the same. i have a neighbor that does take his kids to drag shows. i don't want to make a law that he can't do that, even if i disagree with his decision.

but his wife also politically advocates for DQSH in public schools. that i'm not a fan of to the point of being worried about it. my kids are in a private school, but she's happy for my tax dollars to go towards that, and i am less so inclined.
