What people don't realize is this is not about to happen, it has already happened. The effects are delayed.

Correct. There will be some people bailed out and saved but this still could be worse than 2007-08 in terms of foreclosures.

Unfortunately, 2021 could be worse than 2020. Now the bill for 2020 has to be paid.

And what does the government do? FHA increased their loan amounts for 2021 so people can borrow more money with only 3.5% down.

Any rent forgiveness ideas I’ve seen have been reimbursed by the government. It’s still a terrible idea, but it’s not as drastic as getting nothing.

So, because I paid my rent, I get screwed. It would have been nice for someone else to pay my 1,400 a month the last 6 months.

Good. Let it all burn. Sorry, but we the people have bought this on ourselves. Let us get back to a place where tangible things people do bring value.

So this means I can buy property at lower prices in the coming future. I’ll be the vulture. Thanks OBiden!

What happened to the second stimulus check we were going to get? Did Peloci shut it down?

now let's add a Biden economy into the mix and allll these states on this graphic get a shade darker.

It'll be easy for the Dims to hand out unity propoganda when people are standing in breadlines.

I would be curious how many of the evictions involve people making less than 25 an hour.

In Alabama, with the extra 600 a week, capped unemployment was roughly a 25 an hour job. Most people around me were making more on employment than they could dream of making at a job here.

I’ve said this since day one. What’s the end game here? Tell everyone to stay home, give them unemployment and tell them they don’t have to pay their mortgage, insurance, light bill or anything else. How do we make these providers and lenders whole? Are we going to modify 60% of home loans in Louisiana essentially erasing all the equity folks have? And that still doesn’t make the lender whole as they’ve lost interest income for a year.

And what happens when that money dries up or never makes it to the average Joe’s? What happens when the debt is called? You think JBE gives two shits about homeowners? You think Latoya does? And what happens when all the folks that have lost their businesses just decide to sit the recovery out? Ready for high unemployment and people leaving this state in droves?

But muh honor code. And Rispone beat my candidate.

At the end of the day, the 100s of votes they get to frick over the n person owning the rental property or small business get them elected more. Satisfying the masses at the cost of the few =more votes.
