I wonder why they don’t start threads like these with their outrage. Black man beating white men and women in their beds at nursing home.

Surely, their outrage is against racial injustice and they can see it both ways!

I'm surprised it took this long.

He'll get less time or will more likely roll on the McMichaels to get out of jail.

If the McMichaels are found to have committed an aggravated assault, ol Roddy was certainly an accessory to it.

He aided in corralling AA.

Ok. Initially the report linked in OP didn't have a charge & just mentioned this person being the one who made video that was leaked later, so I was wondering if due to videotape like obstruction which seemed weird since DA had it from beginning unless he left parts out. I have only seen screen prints of video posted in news and read about it, but I haven't yet watched video to know one way or other if person who made it was part of group or just filming it. That's why when article just mentioned arrest initially without what charge I thought it was related to making the video or to how it was shared or not shared.

Given Gregory McMichael leaked the edited video to try and clear himself, if the report of a fuller 4 min video is true, I would assume it's probably not great for the McMichaels.

Yea he joined in the chase after the McMichaels called him.

I didn’t read that there was more to the video. Just that they estimated he was chased for about 4 minutes based on witness accounts.

Which makes me wonder what they turned up in this.

Agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation spent hours Tuesday night going through the home of Gregory and Travis McMichael — the father and son duo who are accused in the killing of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery that was captured in a viral video.

If a group of 3 broke into a house and one of the 3 went rogue and shot the homeowner, would you want all 3 to be charged with murder?

You guys must not ever watch The First 48.

If a girl tells some guys about a drug dealer that keeps a lot of money at his house and takes them to meet him, she can get charged for felony theft. If they kill the guy, she'll get charged for murder because she participated in the felony theft where there was a murder. Even if she ran when they pulled guns on the guy, she'll be charged

If a driver is waiting in the car for the robbers, and they kill someone, the driver will get charged for murder.

The charge doesn't always stick, but it's routine in most of those cases.

Arbery’s family attorney S. Lee Merritt said there is video that shows Arbery being chased for over four minutes by William Roddie Bryan, Gregory McMichael and his son Travis McMichael, before his death.
