Man who filmed himself punching a toddler in the face is jailed for 17 years

This guy needs to die. Reading this really pissed me off
A man who filmed himself punching a toddler in the face to blackmail her grandparents has been jailed for 17 years.
Deividas Subacius caused significant bruising and swelling to the 18-month-old girl's right eye when he struck her.
He sent footage of the attack to her grandparents in a text message and demanded £130, saying he would continue to hurt the child if they did not pay him.
The couple immediately alerted police, and officers arrested Subacius and seized his phone. It contained the video, messages demanding money and threats to cause the toddler further harm.
The girl was examined by medics who found a further eight healed fractures including to her femur, wrist, collar bone and ribs, police said.

Maybe I’m missing something here, but how do you blackmail someone by filming yourself punching a toddler? May this man rot in hell, but this sounds like the dumbest horrific shite I’ve ever heard.

This is the dumbest most horrific shite I’ve ever heard. Could please someone stomp on his nutsack until he bleeds to death.
And £130? That’s $190. Yeah, I’d forward that onto them, and then I’d give that routing information to the police to track them. What piece of shite beats down a toddler at all, nevertheless someone dumb enough to think less than $200 bucks is worth it?

I’d kill him. Fully knowing that I might never see the light of day. If that was my kid he did that to I would torture him over the course of a week. Video him begging for his life and then end him.

This guy has about a month and a half of that 17 year sentence before the real hardened criminals find out why he's there. It won't be pretty. A bullet behind the ear would be doing that piece of shite a favor.

I don’t see any scenario where I wouldn’t kill that POS if that was my kid. Worst case scenario 2-5 years for man slaughter? Worth it.
