Yeah but he had been thrashing the kid and one punch or swing against the wall kills him.

I am sad for Harambe, but if that's my kid, you shoot that gorilla in the head.

Kat Williams covered this already. I think he nails it.

This tiger was actively killing this man and no one shot him. A stance I agree with BTW.

There are many millions and millions of children in the world, and I would not have shot Harambe for any of them. By any objective measure no one’s child is as unique or important as the member of an endangered species just based on numbers alone.

Wonder what great contributions that Harambe kid is going to make to society as he gets older? I’m sure he will do wonderful things given his home life and background

The tiger should have been shot immediately.

What great contributions to society do you think Harambe would have made?

I don’t think we should live in a consequence free world, particularly when absolving humans of the consequences of their actions means killing endangered animals.

The horrible people you should be upset with were that kid’s parents.

Somebody actively throws the kid in there? Different scenario than kid falling in because the parent is letting him run wild and climb over into the enclosure.

That’s just the ignorance of someone without a child. I don’t blame you for feeling this way because you don’t know any better.

I’d kill that monkey, tiger, polar bear or whatever 1000% of the time to save any child.

Cats bite on the back to show dominance. There’s no way that cat was playing rough

Human dignity is more important than a frickin animal. Our current society doesn’t value human life. It’s wrong

Never got or thought he was funny. I love comedians too and like him as a person but his comedy is trash.

Maybe the kid should have been supervised better. Harambe didn’t deserve to die.

Actions have consequences.

What would have been/should have been the consequence of authorities shooting the tiger dead to save his life for his own action that caused the innocent animal killing? Is that even a life worth saving at that point?

Yes, it absolutely is. He’s a human being and it’s a frickin animal. Under no circumstance should the life of an animal be put ahead of a human being.
