Dang I thought it said ‘Christopher Williams’ at first glance....

Gas station chicken?

At least steal from CFA so it's worth getting killed.

No mother should have to fear for her sons life every time he steals a box of chicken.

He was schizophrenic and was well known around the area. I’ve seen him quite a bit in that very store and I don’t know the exact circumstances but it seems a bit excessive on the sheriffs part. I am pretty sure they knew the guy as well. But that’s just my thoughts.

Shooting a running person not heading towards you sounds like murder to me.

There is nothing in the law on justifiable use of force that requires the other person to be armed.

For what its worth this family the Whitfields are known for constantly in trouble in the area. It was a Whitfield who broke into Thompson Creek Sporting goods & stole a bunch of rifles. I would take what they say w/ a grain of salt. Wbrz seems to want to be stoking the flames of controversy for ratings.
