The first murder was a man known to him, that one was done intentionally.
The second and third to die appear to be unknown to him, were shot in daylight in well lighted situations.
The fourth to die may be a bit harder to understand: a young black girl who just had her 17th birthday. But it happened about 8:4x p.m. and the perp shot her in the back. The picture of her in the Daily Mail shows her having long very well groomed blond hair.
That tells me, a shooting after dark of a woman walking away from the perp, who saw the opportunity to kill a blond. Did he know she was black?

Yeah, not sure what color hair the black girl had currently. Was mainly black with some red streaks 2 weeks ago for her birthday, all black in another picture, all blonde in the one you are referencing

Last week we had a completely made-up story about someone being called a bad word at a volleyball game in Utah.
National Media made it a story. Despite NO evidence, people were canceled, fan sections at the gym were removed, other schools are canceling future events with BYU, and this story is still being parroted as true.
But the Progs will now tell you this isn't real, and you are just mad that a black guy wasn't killed by cops.
Progs are really good at making these strange arguments when they are defending their ilk. Similar to "if you don't want us fricking your kids, that means you hate gays".
