I had read he didn't initially surrender, but obviously he has been arrested. It's reported all over.

It freaking sucks. Something needs to change. And we need to be tougher on violent offenders. Always seems like these killers have a history of violence.

I bring this up every time. Why does “attempted [crime]” even exist with different punishments? Why should you get leniency in sentencing because you didn’t succeed at being a criminal?
It doesn’t make any sense why we let these pieces of shite criminals loose over and over until they actually succeed before sentencing them harshly
