I don't have to deal with that where I work. It's one of the reasons I'm still here when I could be making more elsewhere. It's an awesome environment.

It's why I'm so particularly angry online, I have to deal with factually incorrect, insecure, incompetent, lazy people often at work. Its worse when it's your idiotic superiors. You cant just shite all over them with logic and reason, they're still insecure humans who will always and forever hold it against you that you brought their incompetence to light. Even those not over you, you still have to deal with an endless grudge with these dopes so you can't ever call them out. I believe only maybe 3% of human beings are strong enough to say "I was wrong" and don't even understand the affect it has on people's respect for you. Also yeah, everyone's lazy asf. The only upside is it gives you an opportunity to shine and move past others.

I have spent 30 years in manufacturing/consumer products. I have seen the shitty employee full-spectrum from the factory floor to the c-suite.
