Same but if ever in that situation I’ve always been told shoot until the perp is no longer a threat or moving. Always been told never brandish or pull a firearm unless you plan to use it and you better be ready to use it if needed.
If you shoot just to wound you’ll probably get sued.

Look up auditory exclusion to understand how this works.
Likely sounded like a .22 popping.

Self defense. Walking up and banging on someones truck is already colossally stupid. Doing so holding a gun is a death wish

I wonder if the person in the truck was holding gun in a visible manner the entire time. I know it was obvious right before shooting, but I am just wondering if the guy saw truck driver had a gun the entire time and likely had the drop on him due to it being aimed already but still continued with his rant.
Also if shift of hands with gun was an attempt to back that part down after seeing gun or an attempt to use after trying to distract with his right hand which had gun initially (or maybe that was just get the right hand closer to driver).
Not questioning self defense. I guess trying to figure out mindset of person in that situation is pointless.
This is the dead guy and his wife.

FAFO.
It's like this guy thought they stopped making guns after he bought his.
Justified kill in self defense against an unhinged lunatic.
Shooter covered all his bases...shot his cap right off his head with the 3rd shot. He gets to go home to his family.

I'll be curious to see if that's ruled self defense or not. The guy was armed but he wasn't pointing at them when they shot him. I honestly don't know.
Blocking the guy in and then running up on him gives self defense the green light.

Dasaur and his wife, Viviana ZaMora, had just gotten married on June 29, a little over two weeks before his death.
Why is this included? Completely irrelevant

Because the media always wants you to feel bad for the retard idiot in the story.

^ this
Idiots pull their pistol when they’re mad and start making threats. Smart people pull their pistol only when they’re in danger and start using it immediately.

A new twist to this story. The guy filming was a gun activist named Ron Gee. He was killed during a gas station shooting. People say he was killed less than 24 hours after filming the road rage video
Community activist, founder of 'Cease Fire Indy' Ron Gee killed in shooting
Here is his Facebook where he originally posted the road rage video in the OP

A person that witnesses a shooting and himself dies in a shooting in less than a day’s time is most definetly spending too much time in the hood.
I did a quick run through Mr. Gee’s FB posts and found one where he asks if people thought Trump’s shooting was staged. Interestingly one comment asked if Mr Gee’s shooting was staged.
