Man, you're a dumb one, aren't you?
You resorting to name calling already? You thought you were slick with your questioning, trying to catch me in a Logical-fallacy trap.
I'm not defending the actions of this idiot for fighting the cops, taking the taser, fleeing, turning to aim the taser at the officer, & continuing to flee.
I just don't see where it's a justified use of deadly force.
The deceased is guilty of multiple crimes here but what is most egregious is his poor decision making.
I agree with everyone who says comply & survive. I just am not going to agree that it was a good shoot.

No it’s not.

I don't think resisting arrest should equate to being shot, but the entire body of work here certainly seems like justifiable action. People really should consider each situation as its own. He resisted, fought vigorously, then took their weapon.
You can't grab an officer's weapon and expect it to go well.. I can see being fearful and resisting arrest (not saying I agree with it.) I can't see ever thinking it's a good idea to grab a weapon from a police officer.

Don't resist arrest. Don't assault cops. Don't take off with a taser.
The penalty for these offenses is death. Comply or Die.

How silly, him thinking you could use logic.

You’re right, not sure what these idiots expect the outcome to be. However, in hindsight they could have run him down and whipped his arse with nightsticks. 50/50 judgement call for deadly force.

You left out the part about punching officers, resisting arrest, and stealing one of their firearms.
I was a taser, I know you probably just confused about that, but I goccha back!

Watch the 2nd video, officer doesn't shoot until he turns and points the taser at him

But I beat him to it. He didn't care, though.

The protestors have now moved to the interstate. I-75/85 is shut down on the south side. If i was stuck in that traffic I would be going to jail for running over them.

The worst thing that could happen in that scenario is that he successfully used the taser on one of the officers, incapacitated him, and got his hands on a more deadly weapon.

No, I caught you not having a clue what you are talking about. You made yourself look like an ignorant arse all by yourself.

That's because you have the luxury of armchair quarterbacking this thing

He was running away and they frickING KILLED HIM. Not a threat. Cops were just embarrassed that they couldn’t detain. SO THEY SHOT AND KILLED HIM. THIS IS WHATS WRONG. The punishment needs to fit the crime.
So so sick of this shite.
Fair enough....I agree.....but are you sick of criminals? Just curious because you seem to be dismissive about that aspect of the situation

Bottom line is the world has one less a-hole.
