I was just listening to the ambulance chasing attorney the family hired. He says the guy wasn't doing anything when he got shot and the police should've chased him. Also plays sympathy card of the perp's young daughter. Let's take a look at this narrative...
- Got behind the wheel of a vehicle when drunk. CHECK
- Resisted arrest after he was determined to be DWI. CHECK
- Wrestled a taser away from one cop. CHECK
- Ran from the cops while under arrest. CHECK
- Pointed what looks like a gun (the taser) over his shoulder at the cop. CHECK
- Forces the officer to make a split second decision and chooses to protect himself and the public (including those in cars at the drive thru. CHECK
5 of the 6 of them is another charge. We should feel bad because of his daughter? GTFOH, Daddy was going away for a very long time because daddy decided to get drunk and fight cops NOT because cops shot him for no reason.

Atlanta Mayor should resign right now.
She condemned two of her own officers for a justified shooting. Didn't even give them any due process and pretty much covered her arse in front of the media. Like how can anyone say this wasn't a justified shooting?

Even if you know someone is guilty of something, you owe them due process

People generally don't want this to happen at all. The taking of a human life isn't anything to be celebrated. I just think we need to look at this rationally on a case by case basis, but that's not how things are done these days.
