Exactly what Candace Owens pointed out that is only done by black people.
This dude drove drunk, fought offficers, stole their weapon, then pointed it at them and was shot and they’re rioting. Meanwhile, a high number (I don’t know how many of either race but some had to be black) of black soldiers graduated from West Point today and no word from the black movement of that achievement or recognition at all by black leaders.
But this loser, he died for the cause they so desperately want to exist.

Which is unfortunate. I thought she did a good job with the riots and protests in ATL last week. She just pissed all that away today.

Apparently nothing. I naively thought that there was an alternative course of action but, recently realized the perp decided his fate when he resisted, assaulted, & pointed a less-lethal weapon at a LEO.
just got off the the phone with a buddy who is a deputy with Gwinnett CPD. He explained the Pyramid of Force or Continuum of Force to me. It's a guideline for how to respond to an escalation of violence in a situation. According to the CoF the officers acted well within their rights.
The problem is not everybody knows this and nor do they care.

Well, one has been fired and the other put on admin duty... any idea why? I'm assuming they did something wrong in the lead up to the shooting?

Atlanta news station just reporting cop was fired. He gonna won that lawsuit.
Haven’t read whole thread so this may have already been mentioned but... heard the mayor say something along the lines of its not about what you can do but rather what you should do.
In other words, she is saying SOP is that the cop shoots a man pointing a taser at him but in this environment he should have just took the zap.
Cop will be getting paid now.
