I think what everyone needs to do, well not really, they need to be put in these situations where guns are pointed at you right after a scuffle and let’s see how everyone reacts

Being able to separate the two for the general american is going to become more and more difficult the more stories of arson and destruction come upfront.

Their movement started with Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown, two justified killings in which there were many lies.

No, I actually remember that, depending on which cartridge is being deployed, the effectiveness ranges from 10-20 feet. You must also take into consideration that in this situation that distance is probably much lower due to all of the considerable variables like the user is running away, turning & attempting to deploy the unit. So 10 feet seemed like a valid distance.
