Based on this from page 4, OP says he was 100% sure that Fabio knew wife was married. If I were OP, my concern would be solely focused on my wife and her actions.

With all these inconsistencies, the only thing that makes sense is this entire thing is a ruse. The texts we saw were likely from OP's phone or someone in on this with him. Also, would you open up to a total stranger claiming to be from a message board asking you about personal information or would you just block the number? Most would do the latter unless they already knew the texts and questions were coming.

I've had completely random text message conversations from wrong numbers. Why is that so hard to believe?

I agree. But wouldn't that explain why the texts had a timestamp of Thursday when he said this happened Friday? He planned this the day before and had the texts ready knowing the OT would want screen shots, but failed to anticipate the time stamp.
