I mean a warning to the guy that’s your wife should suffice.. now if he knew she was your wife… that could be interpreted as disrespectful toward you… if that’s the case handle it as as you see fit

Does he know that she's married? IF he absolutely knows she has a husband, confront the dude (but not at the pool). That's a disrespect issue to you, your wife, and daughter. He's trying to inject himself (literally, actually) into a happy family situation.
Perhaps he doesn't know and may think she's a single mother. While still a douchebag, it's a different situation and should be dealt with differently. Can't fault the guy for trying to pick up single mothers. I'm not a hypocrite.

Your pool still sucks but… that sucks. It sounds like you are doing your best. Honest advice is to ignore it. Your girl doesn’t need to start asking your wife why daddy beat up that man and went to jail or why he started a fight and got his arse kicked then went to jail.
Doubtful the guy pushes it. Especially when he figures out you're around. Also maybe the dude is legit a masseuse…
