Question… if you were in Angola and had been in there with little knowledge of what’s going on on the outside, how would you know if a fellow new inmate had done something particularly objectionable? It’s not like they’re gonna tell you

To me it seems it wasn’t “rape” or forceful rape. It was a girl highly intoxicated and being taken advantage of while being filmed. So they charged the guy that filmed it with a crime .

The DNA came back and did not have any of the defendants inside of brooks
Only trace DNA was found near the pelvic region of brooks
Video shows brooks running towards the defendants and getting in their car
Without the original testimony, please do tell what the prosecution would have used to press these charges? They would only have her BAC, which there is no legal limit for establishing consent
The original testimony is DAMNING though. It exists, and thankfully it does

Guards, inmates having family members perform research on the outside, cell phones on the inside, paperwork.
