Dwight McKinnis, 61, was booked with terrorizing and disturbing the peace after causing a scene at Popeye's.
According to the police report, McKinnis went to the fast food restaurant Monday and threatened to blow up the business and kill the manager.
Police added that the man was captured on video shouting he would "send y'all *** to hell" and "jail ain't nothing to me," along with other expletives.
McKinnis walked out of the restaurant and was later arrested when he returned.

I have often muttered the same things in private after returning home from popeye's following a 20 minute "pull up" wait only to bite into my chicken and discover they gave me the mild instead of the spicy.

that popeyes is, quite shockingly, the best in BR. absolutely blows away the one on Staring. I always get spicy when I ask for it (never the case elsewhere) and they're pretty quick
