I’m not sure you want to compare Mardi Gras and Houston Rodeo crime statistics.

Just saw there was another shooting last night at a concert at the same venue. Law Enforcement should have shut them down after last night. If they going to act like animals they shouldn’t be allowed to have these events. It’s pretty simple to being decent human beings.

did you go to any of the uptown parades?

you'd have to be incredibly bold to pull out a gun this year, at least around where i was on st charles

Who knew that New Orleans Mardi Gras would be safer than Mamou Mardi Gras?

Good old 3D made Glock trigger. I’m sure they have a Class 3 license for that thing and paid their tax stamp and provided the DNA of their first born to possess.

That mandatory 10 years will be plea bargained to a mis-demeanor with the quickness

Meanwhile, no shootings at the Houston Rodeo. Wonder what the difference is???

Texas is full of fake cowboys and gunslingers.

At this point I’d rather be surrounded with fake cowboys than what was in Mamou today.

Still no shootings at Texas events. Maybe it has something to do with being a man and a father to your kids.

One shooting at a Zydeco concert, 2 shot, then another one just now, up to 10 shot

If the shooter was disrespected then it’s a valid excuse to hold a gun sideways to shoot at your intended target at a crowded event.

It’s black people, and if the cheerleading championship in Dallas had been mostly black participants and parents there would have actually been gunfire and shootings instead of just the false reports of gunfire.

Does anyone have the real story on what happened? Retaliation?

Any suspects in custody?
