As someone who just (literally) left the Sheriff's office, I can tell you first hand that they won't do much of anything without hard evidence. No pun intended.

A while back I was on this sugar daddy site. I started chatting with a girl, but nothing came of it. A couple of weeks later, I'm texting with another girl and she tells me that my number and picture is on a sex predator site. I Google it and sure enough I'm on there, with the caption that I offered a girl money for sex. I wrote to the site, to get myself removed and they said it would cost me $5000. Turns out they operate out of somewhere like Korea and can't be sued (I found horror stories all over). I ended up changing my phone number and I think the site went down. But it scared the shite out of me for awhile..

For every baseless allegation that a female claims against a male that is found to be false, the male should be given free reign to beat the frick out of that woman.
