This is pretty bad at night because some people might be asleep and expecting their phone or weather radio to BZZZZZ. It makes me not want to sleep and just stare at a radar when there’s an outbreak.
People shouldn’t rely on the NWS to issue warnings to then take action. People can protect themselves and their family by learning how to read a radar.
It’s really not difficult. For a beginner the biggest things are reflectivity, velocity, and correlation coefficient. Even a beginner’s understanding of what you’re looking at with those will keep you prepared.

Glad I didn’t complain about them moving the St Pats parade. About to come down in BR.

Questions for the ones that know. With that storm in lower MS why isn’t anything showing up on coefficient? Velocity looked nasty for a while now. Is that normal for some of these storms?

That's how you know you have a good one.

This is pretty cool. The National Weather Service offices in Guam and Portland, OR sent food and snacks to NWS Birmingham since the meteorologists at NWS B’ham are going to be working long hours today.

Looks like a mobile home frame with the straps attached to it

Hard to tell for sure.
Damage looks to be at least EF3 level.

Yep. I've personally seen an EF1 do that to a mobile home frame. That's why you just cannot stay in them with ANY tornado threat.
