Why did they go after Target?

This might be the most inaccurate thread I've read on TD that wasn't directly related to fake news MSM. I don't understand what's so hard in these situations. There was either a gunshot or there wasn't, there was either a bomb threat or there wasn't. And I would think it would be pretty obvious if a fricking car drove through the front door of Target.

There’s conflicting information coming out from the news sources.
Sounds like the basics are nutjob ran his car through the entrance at Target, jumped out of his car and said “listen up”, had suspicious packages, Ran out of the store and was tased and apprehended by police with no shots fired.
