I don't think you understand how the virus is transmitted. The virus (contained in bodily fluids) must cross into the blood stream. The reason the person getting penetrated catches the virus, is that during the act of penetration, tiny micro tears can occur in the anal or vaginal walls, that allows the virus access to the bloodstream.
