This is true. A doctor once told me that the chance of a straight male catching HIV from vaginal sex with an infected woman was far less than 1%, barring any mitigating circumstances such as an open herpes sore on his dick at the time.

Back when he caught HIV the word was that he got it from a pornstar he was hooking up with. Black chick last name was Hunter, don't recall the first name. No idea if this was true that was the story back then.
