Made it to 10. I also just finished biking 15 miles so that probably made a difference.
I knew a navy free diver in corpus that we spear fished with. He could hold his breath insanely long. When we asked how he knew when to surface he said "when my hands and feet go numb".

I got to 7 with just a normal inhale. If I took a deep breath before, I'd have no issue getting to 10.
This doesn't seem like a very accurate test. Because I am certainly not in the "super lung" category of people.
