I got to 10 and could have gone to 15. I can swim under water the entire length of a swimming pool. 4 is nothing.

when I was a kid I held my breath for 2 and a half minutes plus. You have to learn how to use all of your air in your lungs.

Normally I can hold my breath for a very long time. I only got to 5 just now because I just had my morning BHO and the coughing fit that goes with it.

Olympic like the pools at a large swim club?
I can do a hotel lap pool back and forth. But 50 yards underwater is hard.
