LSU Receives $40M Planned Gift

$20M will go toward the College of Engineering & $20M toward TAF.
According to the article, the alumnus is anonymous & the gift will be realized upon his death.

Ha. I used to work in stewardship/donor relations for Engineering. I bet my old boss would be ecstatic.

College scholarships, especially in a field of study that directly benefits the economic livelihood of Louisiana, isn't a good cause?

If it was my money, I would stipulate that if Jindal shows up for the ceremony he would be regarded as a trespasser and dealt with accordingly.

Sucks for the German dept. I guess - that program got cut a few years back I'm pretty sure along w some others?
That's cool though - couple of my parents friends who do quite well and have no kids said they plan to leave everything that's left when they go to LSU. I know CSB
