She certainly crossed a serious line. Whether or not she should be terminated, I don't know. She, at the least, needs to have the hammer dropped on her internally.

To be fair, I think a sizable portion of students that looked up to Bluto from Animal House at the time called her out on her bullshite. No hero, but everyone should call out these tyrants. One thing to advocate for your Politics, it’s another to knock you down two grade points for not sharing theirs. These people are bullies and everyone has the duty to publicly ridicule and call them out.

Agreed. As much as I dislike some of the Poliboard people, they haven’t tried to ruin my life or try to make sure I couldn’t feed my family. If I posted the shite I do on this board over on a Left wing board and I wasn’t banned by the admins, they would resort to doxing.

At LSU you can retake any course regardless of grade. Know plenty of people that got B’s and C’s in core classes for selective grad school programs that retook to get the A.

I don’t think the two are quite comparable....
For starters you can’t encourage students to engage in that type of shite, you’re just causing more divisiveness. Then you also can’t expose your employer to potential lawsuits for your self important crusade. I don’t know if she should be fired but some piss poor decision making from someone in a leadership position.

Didn’t affect me in the long term. If I could go back and retake that class I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
