I am fine with LSU saying his comments represent a safety issue.
Regardless, he won’t be going to LSU.
I am NOT fine with “Mrs. List.” She has put herself out there and we can not be certain she will grade all students fairly.

As a state public school that probably receives federal funding, how in the ever loving hell can she do this and drop students based on rights protected by the first amendment?
I imagine the first person with the means to afford decent legal counsel would sue the shite out of her and the school and get paid bigly. Right? Am I missing something in this?
