LSU is giving free game programs for the game with Southern

The people that come out for free anything are not the kind of people you want coming out.

Honestly no.
It’s a losing proposition for LSU.
SU’s team sucks. If LSU runs up the score, it looks bad. If LSU beats them in a close game, it looks bad. If LSU loses, it looks REALLY bad.
SU doesn’t tend to be in the rotation with McNeese, Northwestern, and the FBS teams because McNeese tends to be very good.
Nicholls, Southeastern, Southern, Grambling, etc? Not so much. And we used to take a strength of schedule penalty for playing FCS teams, even if they were really good like Appalachian State (at that time).

They are not charging for programs anymore in any sport
Baseball programs have been free the past couple of years

They gave out programs for free last year for at least a few games I thought.
