Fraternities should setup at the Parade Ground. Then show this email as proof that the parade grounds are off limits, not the Parade Ground.

The parade grounds were a morgue last weekend. I was shocked how much the tailgating atmosphere has died this year. I'm over this administration.

Frats dont clean up their mess. They leave trash all over the place. We tailgate right next to one and always leave our area clean.

Why won’t the fraternities make their pledges wear regular clothes and just tailgate at other parts of campus

It doesn't matter what they call it. If more than X amount of members are together, it counts as a party/tailgate.

Or just have a tailgate but don't have it be an "official" fraternity tailgate/event.

Who checks for that though? Why can't they just present themselves as if they're part of a massive tailgate of students? Is the rule applicable to all students or just those in fraternities?
