Y'all always crack me up. If you went to LSU and you're conservative, then the indoctrination must suck. I know a lot of conservatives who made it through LSU with their beliefs intact. If you didn't go to LSU, then stfu and quit complaining on an LSU-centered message board.

This announcement is similar to Kathleen Kennedy getting an extension to continue heading up Star Wars. Why would anyone extend or reward either of them?

Depends on your major. Business and engineering, you won’t really hear any politics. I only ever had one instructor who was a liberal nut job and he’s a complete dumbass so it was more entertainment than anything. I actually looked up most of my professors and believe the majority are conservative and a few even confirmed that suspicion to people I knew who worked for them as students.
Now if you venture into pretty much any other college besides business and engineering you’ll find buildings full of liberal nut jobs. Go read Robert Mann’s Twitter and try to imagine having to sit in that retard’s class.

I honestly don't remember any leftist indoctrination during my time at LSU. Granted this was 1996-2000 & 2001-2002.

I was in the landscape architecture program where most of the professors were left of center. A few were even nut job level liberal. I didn't graduate a card carrying commie, at least according to widely accepted definitions. I might be a super commie according to the Poliboard.

No he didn’t. Edwards was no better and the state has gutted LSU because this state doesn’t value education. He may have been over the top a bit but in his day and age that is the norm and he has done what he felt is needed to stop the bleeding.

You could say this about virtually 90% of higher education institutions within the United States. If you are self assured, self aware and self confident you get an education without allowing a left leaning administrator/professor indoctrinate you.
Liberalism is not a new phenomenon in academia.
