This DEI crap is not only in universities its every where. I have a relative that is high ranking at Ochsner. There was a meeting called when Trump and Landry both were elected they knew DEI was in trouble the entire meeting consisted of hiding and changing the names of DEI programs to continue to operate under different names. That garbage is continuing all the high paid folks to literally promoting diversity and discord. it will take years to root that crap out and unfortunately the current leaders will be gone and that garbage will rear its ugly head again

DEI is an inferiority complex for those who aren’t good enough on their merits. Anyone with a functioning brain knows this.
