Yeah he'll open Phase 1 on May 1st. Then he'll wait until June 1st to go with Phase 2.

You do realize it's not a requirement to reopen. You can do it when you are ready.

Nobody here wants LA to open up. They would rather complain about the governor than have him open up the state. It is basically a state version of TDS.
