Trap, shoot, or otherwise kill every house sparrow you see. The world would be a better place. Don't forget the European Starlings. I killed 5 today.

The pipes for the sprinkler system busted in my building a few hours ago. They said my building was the second one so far today that this happened to. The guy next to me as well as both floors below him got flooded. Narrow escape on my side.

I don't know if there is a big rush for the refrigerated trucks at the moment. That is terrible. They were likely homeless people who didn't go to a shelter. TWC showed several people outside who they and the police were trying to convince to go to shelters. Unfortunately some people do not want to go because they have rules to follow, or some may have mental health issues. It is a sad deal all the way around.
