I have mine ready to go. We pulled it out a few days ago before the yard froze up. It’s a long trip to the shed on solid ice.

I do not. I would guess there is black ice. But I have not left the house since Sunday. Be careful out there.

It doesn't seem as if LA got the record cold last night due to cloud cover. We were seeing single digits forecasted above I-10 in many places.

After last week, I said I wouldn’t come to work if the roads were bad. Well, no power at the house, which means no internet. So here I am, so over this weather.

I do not suffer through miserable August and September temps to have to put up with this shite in the winter. Someone send a memo.

But hey, we’re back in the 60s-70s next week.

Remember three days ago when the internet wanted to murder Jay Grymes because he said the low in Baton Rouge Tuesday morning was going to be 22 when the internet thought it should be 10 or less? The low in Baton Rouge this morning was... 19..... WHOOPS

A forecast of 22 with a low of 19 isn’t too bad three days in advance.

Everything is white in the Birmingham area. Most places have a good dusting of snow. More than anyone thought we’d get around here.

12 degrees, still have power, and my water hadn’t frozen. East of Pineville.
Wednesday to Thursday is supposed another freezing rain event. Especially for north Louisiana.

Surprised people aren't still driving on it by going around the barriers.
