Got everything out to make a gumbo, threw pot on stove and power goes out. Supposed to be up soon. Only one fuse blown on our leg off main feeder. Live oak branch being held up by line.

If only we could get down a couple more degrees. Raining it’s arse off in Pearl River County. Had some sleet pellets earlier and trees starting to get some glazing. Gonna be an icy mess here in the am with all this standing water

We are in Navarre, FL. We were supposed to head home to Baton Rouge today. I’m assuming we can’t?? We will be able to tomorrow, though, right? The roads will be open Tomm.

Power is now on for 30, off for 45 minutes. Finally got the water heater cover defrosted and off and trying to defrost the water heater and pool heater using a propane hunting heater. Pool ice is at least 1” thick across now.
