I’m sorry you don’t agree with something that he, a complete stranger, said.

So 9.3% positive. But now science tells us 3% of those are false.

So adjusted that comes out to 6.3% positive.

or 12.3

Disagree. We have changed our treatment of this disease significantly since the spike. Before hand we rushed to get everyone on a vent to help stave off this thing. Now we die everything we can to NOT put someone on a vent.

This. I think it’s skewed the other way now that a stigma exists and we really still don’t know how to treat so we’re trying other things. The numbers have to be taken in totality and therefore are completely subjective. There is not and never will be a well defined criteria that consensus accepts.

I still don't understand why bars were singled out as needing to be closed but other businesses are OK to remain in Phase 2.

Like the very low death numbers. I don’t like the increased hospitalizations though.

The hospitalized numbers aren't directly comparable to earlier phases when hospitals weren't taking elective patients.

Because in a lot of people’s minds, governments have to do something, even if that something doesn’t actually help or isn’t actually logical.

if that all it takes to bring your little brother to a standstill then I feel sorry for him, his kids and his wife.....and I feel sorry for you as well

I think that’s the only thing we’ve agreed on to date.

I dont understand why certain places are allowed to have 50+ people but some places arent.......who's in charge of making that distinction

Something in these numbers for everyone. Let's hope the drop below 10 percent can stay for a while.

Hospitalization numbers keep going up... that's frustrating.

Hopefully this becomes like murder victims... gunshot crimes aren't coming down, but murders are, because docs are getting better at healing people. Maybe the docs are getting better at dealing with COVID patients, and are getting the death rate down. Sending more people home from the hospital healed, instead of in a box.

I think it has more to do with what’s feasibly enforceable. As back asswards as it might seem on the surface, some fights aren’t worth it.

It's so stupid.

Also, I still lol at the Karens's pissed at people that are not wearing mask and they are walking around in a fricking Tshirt sleeve for a mask thinking it's doing much.

let's just assume that everyone that goes to the hospital for any reason and is admitted for any reason at all has COVID...thats why the hospitalizations are going up...because everyone either had it, has it or will eventually get it...it's inevitable.

Well, that and the fact that the hospitals get that federal money for a COVID patient. They are incentivized to claim everyone that checks in as having COVID.
